Shield Technology provides product information, downloads, technical support and blog articles. This website does not offer a shopping cart or checkout, advertising campaigns, or marketing newsletter subscriptions.

Support and device-reset requests

When you submit a form, we receive the information you enter, such as your name, company, reseller, email address, phone number, message and device details. Reset requests include the model, MAC address and the date/time displayed by the device. We use these details to review and respond to your request. Reset codes are processed manually.

Storage and email delivery

Requests are stored in a private support queue accessible to authorized staff. Notifications are sent to our support team using Resend. Do not submit passwords, payment details or unrelated sensitive information. To ask about information you previously submitted, use our contact form.

Cookies and security

The site uses cookies for language preferences, administrator sign-in and access to the protected reset form. Server logs may record technical request information for operation and troubleshooting. Blocking cookies may prevent these features from working.

YouTube and external links

Video guides are embedded from YouTube. Loading or interacting with a video may transmit information to YouTube under its own privacy practices. App stores and other linked services also operate independently. You can choose not to load or use those services.
